I used to buy hoodia gordonii pills offline, but pharmacy that has hoodia is far away and I'm tired of spending hours in transport.

Now found this site - http://www.buy-mega-hoodia.com
Is it ok to buy pills over the internet ?
Has anyone any experience with online pharmacy stores ? Is it safe ?

Has anyone tried the diet pill NV? I heard alot of great things about it. I have lost 30lbs since I started this community on just diet and exercise. There are good Carbs and bad carbs. It's highly recommended to start Jogging. It's THE BEST workout I've become addicted too and there's this runner's high you get afterwards. Cheers.

Looking for a new fitness program? How about trying the Presidential Fitness Challenge. This challenge comes in three varieties:

1. The Active Lifestyle Program - For those of you who aren't active on a daily basis yet, this is a great way to begin. The rules are basically to get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week, for a total of 6 weeks.

2. The Presidential Champions Program - If you're already active and want a new challenge, this program is for you. Your goal is to see how many points you can earn by staying active. Points are based on the amount of energy each activity burns. So the more active you are, the more points you'll get. When you reach 20,000 points, you'll earn a Bronze award. Then you can continue on in the Presidential Champions program for a Silver or Gold award.

3. The Advanced Performance Presidential Champions Program - This is basically the same system as the Presidential Champions Program, except that the award goals are higher. For instance, you need to get 40,000 points to earn a Bronze award.

The Presidential Champions Fitness Program Website (where you can log your progress and also order your awards when you've reached your goal)

Also, if you want, come join the LJ pres_challenge community to chat with others who are challenging themselves with this program.

Does anyone know the most accurate time of the day to weigh yourself?

I'm thinking morning, but I read that your weight fluctuates up to 6 pounds daily.

For those of you exercising out there and want a QUALITY energy, fat burning, apetite surpressing drink, I recommend ABB Tea.

American Body Building (ABB) proudly introduces new Super Tea and Diet Super Tea. The Super Tea family of blended tea-based drinks is a great-tasting way to hydrate before, during, and after workouts. With a shot of caffeine, guarana, and ginseng, they also provide an excellent pre-workout Energy boost.

Of all the nutrients in the body, water is the most abundant, comprising as much as 70 percent of your total body weight. Fluid needs, therefore, shouldn’t be overlooked; hydration is essential to healthy digestion, excretion, absorption, circulation, tissue growth, the maintenance of body temperature, the dissolution of compounds, and the transportation of various nutrients, enzymes, and hormones in the body.

“Staying hydrated is probably one of the most neglected aspects of exercise,” states ISSA-certified personal trainer Jay Jacobsen. “It’s also one of the most important aspects. The body’s requirement for fluids, electrolytes, and other nutrients increases dramatically. Left unchecked during periods of physical exertion, the body can plunge into a state of dehydration, which negatively affects your strength & Energy levels, as well as your body’s ability to cool itself down. The problem is many individuals don’t like the taste of water, so many simply don’t drink anything. Ultimately, what you drink is less important than how much total fluids you consume; drink what you like, just make sure that you drink enough!”

With this in mind, American Body Building (ABB) proudly introduces new Super Tea and Diet Super Tea. The Super Tea family of blended tea-based drinks is a great-tasting way to hydrate before, during, and after workouts. With a shot of caffeine, guarana, and ginseng, they also provide an excellent pre-workout Energy boost. Super Tea® supplies a 2:1 ratio complex and simple carbs for Energy and post-workout recovery. ABB Diet Super Tea offers the same combination green and black teas – but in a zero-calorie, zero-sugar formula for those watching their weight or following low-carb meal plans.

ABB Super Tea and ABB Diet Super Tea

Kick your pre-workout Energy levels into high gear with any of the powerful products in this category. Choose from ABB Super Tea, ABB Diet Super TeaSpeed StackTM™, Ripped Force®, or Extreme Ripped Force®. Also try Diet Turbo Tea®, super-quenching Diet Super Tea®, or the raging Adrenalyn Stack™.

You can buy ABB from www.vigourousliving.com or try your local Sams Club or Costco.

I discovered ABB at La Fitness.

Get your groove on.... [26 Mar 2005|10:43am]

Ok I was against the whole joining the gym because there are FEE's, contracts, monthly's a whole bunch of bullshit some people just want to avoid. But I've discovered La Fitness I've been a member there almost a month come this 5th of April and ya know I started like what any other gym goer does and did the bicycle that was fun and all but I wanted more fun more spunk so. DUN DUN DUN I saw on their lists of classes that they had a thing called Latin Impact. I was shy in the first class I attended, I didn't learn the moves as quick as everyone else did but by the second time going there, I was moving my cha-chas. Now I Go to every Latin dance class I can after work and on the weekends. You sweat alot dancing and the last 10 minutes is dedicated to just Abs. So you get a really good full on work out.

Oh and membership fee's your wonder, is not the $218 or so you see in the price lists. They have good deals like my total fee to join was 130. first and last month fee paid and I pay $35 monthly which comes out automatically every 1st of the month. So if you have an LA Fitness in your area give it a try, they have a free guest pass there too.
